Justin has worked in the education marketing space for over 20 years. He utilizes his expertise to help schools of all sizes generate superior marketing and enrollment results. In his role at Beauty Schools Marketing Group Justin works in concert with key clients and internal experts to develop and deploy winning digital strategies.
Executive Director, Beauty Schools Marketing Group
Jenn Lyles is a beauty school marketing and lead generation expert, now serving as the Executive Director of Beauty Schools Marketing Group. She worked as Communications Director for the American Association of Cosmetology Schools before pivoting to the school side as a Marketing Director for a four-campus beauty and wellness school in Southern California. Most recently, Jenn was an independent higher education consultant for vocational schools around the nation, working with some of the most well-known beauty schools in the country and has helped dozens of schools increase their lead flow, conversion rates, and created high-converting social ads for nearly 100 unique career schools.
Morgan is an experienced marketing professional with expertise in managing and developing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and delivering solutions that meet the clients’ needs. She is dedicated to building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to help accounts grow. Morgan joined the Beauty Schools Marketing Group team in June of 2019 and is the main point of contact for all clients.

Valarie is the Director of Website Marketing at Thruline. She began her career working in event and product marketing for consumer product brands like Olay, Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Minute Maid. In 2008 Valarie joined Thruline; she has spent the last four years with the Beauty Schools Marketing Group division. Valarie helps students connect to schools through creating comprehensive interactive marketing plans and unique online experiences. In her spare time you’ll find her exploring and traveling to new places, watching sports, attending live concerts, and spending time with friends and family.

Adam is the Associate Director of Digital Marketing at Thruline. His background includes over 8 years of digital marketing experience with extensive focus on pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, data analytics, and optimization. Adam has been with the team since 2013 and loves problem solving, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, and driving results.
